3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hexoskeleton is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days, subject to approval. Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Custom or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Hexoskeleton products are intended as plant support accessories only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used safely and correctly. Hexoskeleton accepts no liability for damage, injury, crop loss, or consequential losses arising from improper use, installation, or modification of our products.
